Getting to know professional tools for meeting anxiety and tension the moment they rise. We'll learn quick ways to manage anxiety through Zen Buddhism, with a unique breathing technique to ease worries and fears, and a taste of traditional wisdom.

Qi Gong therapy

Meditation in movement, balancing body, soul and mind. The practice supports inner and mental quiet, strengthens inner attention, and combines breathing exercises with mind skills. From the belief that all healing begins in movement.

Meridian practice - caring for the body from within

We care for the physical body because we see and feel it, and sometimes for the mental part too - but who cares for the hidden part that governs it all? In this workshop we'll get to know and connect with our energetic body, learn about the 12 meridians and their link to health, combining a theoretical part with movement practice of Japanese yoga and Qi Gong.

Suitable for everyone, and for practitioners too. Can also be booked as a short introductory workshop.
