Lovely to meet you, I'm Adis.
Adis Ada Elin - a healthy-lifestyle counsellor in the way of Zen, a natural-medicine practitioner and a Qi Gong therapy teacher. I lead health programs for dealing with anxiety, stress and post-trauma.

This journey began on the day I couldn't breathe, and it continued through breakdown, illness and the pain of those closest to me. The wish to understand, to help, to be free, to live and to breathe led me down an unexpected, fascinating path full of surprises - at the end of which I found tools and ways for stability and balance of body and soul, and above all for mental health. To accept what is, with love and understanding, even when everything is collapsing outside.
I come from tradition and know its power. I combine the Chinese approach, natural medicine and the Zen Buddhist tradition, in which I found great wisdom and ancient knowledge relevant to our times. I use the ways of tradition to promote holistic health, through Qi Gong therapy and Zen Buddhism as a way of life.
My main focus is the mental and emotional aspect and its effect on the health and illness of the body. I specialise in emotional and mental difficulties, chief among them anxiety and stress.
I'm a graduate of Reidman College and the BECOME ONE centre for Zen Buddhism. I accompany groups through processes of change and healing, and lecture on health.
My vision
To promote holistic health that sees the person as a whole of body, soul and mind, and strives to bring them to inner balance - through change and renewal, and to develop a healthy, balanced way of life.
